Mac N Cheese

Ingredients
  • 1 lb of elbow macaroni noodles, cooked
  • 2 heaping tbsp sour cream
  • 1/2 stick of sweet cream butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 16oz block of cheddar cheese, grated

  1. In a large mixing bowl, place cooked noodles, butter, sour cream and eggs. Stir.
  2. Add in cheddar cheese and milk. Stir well.
  3. Place into a 13x9 glass baking dish or similar and cover with foil.
  4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, leaving uncovered the last 15 minutes.

  3. I think I will try it, love the music! The recipe I have has evaporated milk, ground mustard, worcestershire sauce, tabasco, paprika and bread crumbs on top. I want to try it to, but yours sounds more kid friendly.
