Ingredients
- desired amount of red potatoes (usually end up to be about 1 to 1 1/2 per person depending on the size of the potatoes)
- EVOO
- salt
- pepper
- rosemary or garlic powder (optional)
- Cut potato into about 8 equal pieces and place on a piece of aluminum foil.
- Brush the top of each potato with EVOO.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- OPTION: sprinkle with a SMALL amount of rosemary OR a garlic powder.
- Fold packet up well, so that no oil leaks out while on the grill.
- Cook over high heat on your grill for approx 20-30 minutes or until tender.
