Ingredients
- 1 pkg brownie mix (I use Betty Crocker Hershey's Dark Chocolate, but any works)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup Hershey's syrup
- In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, water, eggs, oil and butter and stir until well blended.
- Stir in Hershey syrup and chocolate chips.
- Add marshmallows and make sure they are evenly blended into mixture.
- Grease either an 8x8 glass baking dish or a 9x9 glass baking dish with butter. (Do not attempt a 13x9 pan. Marshmallows will burn)
- Evenly distribute batter into the pan and bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes for an 8x8 pan or 50-55 minutes for a 9x9 pan.
- Check center of brownies with a toothpick before removing form the oven. The toothpick should come out moist, but not wet.
- Remove, let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
