Ingredients
- 1 pkg extra wide egg noodles/or steamed rice
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 cans beef broth
- 2 cans of beef consomme
- 5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- round steak, cut into small cubes or strips
- Coat round steak in 2 tbsp of flour.
- In a large skillet, heat oil and add meat.
- Once meat is browned, add tomato soup, beef broth, beef bouillon and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and bring to a boil.
- Cover and let simmer for 1-2 hours.
- Serve over top of cooked egg noodles or steamed rice.



I've never heard of Stroganoff being made like this before. I make it with cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, fresh mushrooms and ground beef, etc. I might have to try it your way sometime.
